An afternoon
Belle was at work until about 5. I went and bought a new bottle of whiskey and some stuff for pizzas for dinner.
After Belle had an after–work rest we walked up to Caisteal Dubh through a field or two.
We wandered about the castle (probably my first UK castle adventure) and then on to Moulin.
Once in Moulin I made Belle stop in at the Moulin Inn and have a drink. She had her usual cider and I a pint of Old Remedial.
Once we had successfully drunk without spilling, we headed up to Kinnaird to find the path back down to Pitlochry and to the next Dr Who episode. We encountered a patrol of lambs (sounds like an appropriate collective noun for lamb). The patrol seemed more feisty than the sheep and warded us of, taunting as we ran along the path to catch the remaining sun on our next leg.
As we walked back down to Pitlochry we had a great view of the land around.
We heard some ghost geese and started singing their tune. There were fences to leap, scarecrows to dodge and bridge trolls to outsmart. In the end we made it through the tulip streets and to the safety of our Tardis.
